No. You need to know which parts of your week are painful. That's the hard bit, and you already have it. I handle everything from there and hand back something you can operate without writing code.
Every workflow ships with failure alerting, so I find out before you do. Builds include a support window; monthly plans include priority response. Nothing is left running blind.
On your infrastructure wherever possible: your server, your cloud account, your keys. If you'd rather I host it, that's fine too, and you can take it with you at any point.
